430 ILCS 95/6: Memorandum Of Understanding.

Within 6 months after the effective date of this Act, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Illinois Department of Agriculture setting forth the procedures and responsibilities of the Departments in the administration of this Act. The memorandum shall establish procedures that minimize the duplication of effort by the Departments and the person providing information under Section 3.
