CHAPTER 45 INTERSTATE COMPACTS
Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision.

This Act takes effect upon the enactment of the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision by 35 States, except that this Section, Article IV of Section 5, and Section 3-3-11.05 of the Unified Code of Corrections take effect upon becoming law.
