CHAPTER 45 INTERSTATE COMPACTS
Interstate Mining Compact Act.

In accordance with Section 1.5 (i) of this Act, the Commission shall file copies of its bylaws and any amendments thereto with the mining board and with the Director of the Department of Natural Resources.
