CHAPTER 45 INTERSTATE COMPACTS
Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas Act.

Notice of the approval of said compact shall be given by the Governor of Illinois to the Governors of Oklahoma, Texas, California, Kansas, Arkansas, Colorado, Michigan and New Mexico, and to the Department of State of the United States.
