45 ILCS 95/2

The State Board of Education of this State shall administer the provisions of the foregoing compact when the same becomes effective; shall collaborate with the compact administrators of the other states which join in the compact, in making rules to enforce the terms of the compact; and shall arrange for the discharge of any financial obligations incurred under the provisions thereof.
