CHAPTER 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS
State Records Act.

"An Act creating the State Records Commission and defining its powers and duties," approved July 23, 1943, as amended, is repealed, but all orders heretofore issued by the State Records Commission created by said Act shall stand and continue to be in full force and effect.
