CHAPTER 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Illinois Constitutional Amendment Act.

At the election, the proposed amendment and explanation shall be printed on the top of the "Official Ballot" preceding all nominations of any political party upon a single ballot in accordance with the provisions of Section 16-6 of the Election Code.
