5 ILCS 315/23: State Mandates Act.

The General Assembly finds that pursuant to the exemption provided for in subsection (a) of Section 6 of The State Mandates Act and the exclusions provided for in subparts (2) and (5) of subsection (a) of Section 8 of that Act, that the State is relieved of all reimbursement liability for the implementation of this Act.
