5 ILCS 375/2.5: Application to Northern Illinois Transit Authority Board members.

CHAPTER 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS
State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act to the contrary, this Act does not apply to any member of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Board who first becomes a member of that Board on or after July 23, 2013 (the effective date of Public Act 98-108) with respect to service of that Board.
