5 ILCS 375/2.8: Application to Chicago Transit Authority Board members.

CHAPTER 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS
State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act to the contrary, this Act does not apply to any member of the Chicago Transit Authority Board who first becomes a member of that Board on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly with respect to service of that Board.
