Fort Sheridan Retrocession Law of 1992.

The State of Illinois accepts cession from the United States of concurrent jurisdiction, both civil and criminal, with the United States over all lands affected by this Act, under and pursuant to the powers and authorities contained in the Statutes of Illinois.
