CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local Government Debt Limitation Act.

The limitation prescribed in Section 1 of this Act does not apply to any indebtedness for corporate purposes of any sanitary district organized under "An Act to create sanitary districts, and to provide for sewage disposal", approved June 5, 1911, as amended.
