CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local Government Debt Limitation Act.

The limitations prescribed in Section 1 of this Act shall not apply to any indebtedness incurred by any hospital district organized under "An Act providing for the creation and operation of Hospital Districts," approved July 15, 1949, as amended.
