CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction Act (enacted by P.A. 96-588).

As used in this Act, "unit" and "unit of local government" mean a unit of local government as defined in Section 1 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
