50 ILCS 60/10: Removal of volunteer board members.

CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Local Volunteer Board Member Removal Act.

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the person or entity that appointed a member of a board may remove that member for misconduct, official misconduct, or neglect of office.

(b) Removal under this Section is in addition to any other method of removal provided by law.
