50 ILCS 615/15: Limitation on the expansion of airport property.

Chicago Midway International Airport is facility property used for airport purposes under this Act. No runway of Chicago Midway International Airport shall be expanded beyond the territory bounded by 55th Street on the north, Cicero Avenue on the east, 63rd Street on the south, and Central Avenue on the west, as those avenues and streets are situated on the effective date of this Act.
