CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Uniform Crime Reporting Act.

Beginning July 1, 2016, each law enforcement agency shall submit to the Illinois State Police incident-based information on any criminal homicide. The data shall be provided quarterly by law enforcement agencies containing information as specified by the Illinois State Police.
