The Board shall monitor the operation of all Mobile Teams and determine their eligibility to receive State funds under this Act. From monies appropriated annually by the General Assembly for this purpose, the Director shall determine and certify to the Comptroller the amount of funds to be disbursed to each designated Mobile Team financial officer. The amount of the State funds which a Mobile Team receives hereunder shall equal up to 50% of the total approved budget of that Mobile Team.
