CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Uniform Peace Officers' Disciplinary Act.

This Act does not apply to any officer charged with violating any provisions of the Criminal Code of 1961, the Criminal Code of 2012, or any other federal, State, or local criminal law.
