50 ILCS 752/40: Advisory Committee.

CHAPTER 50 LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Illinois Public Safety Agency Network Act.

An Advisory Committee is established for the benefit of IPSAN and its Board of Directors in the performance of their powers, duties, and functions under this Act. The Board shall provide for the number, qualifications, and appointment of members of the Advisory Committee.
