50 ILCS 753/27: Home rule.

A home rule unit may not impose a separate surcharge on wireless 9-1-1 service in addition to the surcharge imposed on wireless 9-1-1 service under this Act. This Section is a denial and limitation of home rule powers and functions under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
