505 ILCS 145/85: Reports; audit.

The wheat development board shall publish annually an activity and financial report for the wheat development program. The report shall be available to all of the affected producers of the wheat development program. All expenditures under each wheat development program shall be audited at least annually by a registered public accountant. Within 30 days after completion of an audit, the results shall be made available to the Director.
