CHAPTER 505 AGRICULTURE
Agricultural Areas Conservation and Protection Act.

Requirement that Description of Agricultural Areas be filed with County Clerk and Recorder. Upon the creation or alteration of an agricultural area, the description thereof shall be filed by the county board with the county clerk. Such description shall also be placed on record in the office of the recorder.
