505 ILCS 5/20.3: Land Ownership and Agricultural Areas.

CHAPTER 505 AGRICULTURE
Agricultural Areas Conservation and Protection Act.

There shall be no restrictions on buying and selling of land in an agricultural area. Agricultural area designation of any land shall not be affected by any change in ownership of the land.
