CHAPTER 505 AGRICULTURE
Agricultural Areas Conservation and Protection Act.

"County Appointing Authority" means a group comprised of the county board chairman, the county agricultural extension advisor and the chairman of the county soil and water conservation district which appoints persons to serve on the county agricultural areas committee.
