505 ILCS 90/3.01

A nurseryman and nursery dealer shall maintain for one year records of plant purchases, acquisitions, sales or other distributions, and make the records available upon request to the Director for inspection. It shall be unlawful for any person to withhold records, keep or file false records or to inaccurately alter his or her records or to present to the Department any materially false records.
