CHAPTER 505 AGRICULTURE
Local Food Infrastructure Grant Act.

This Act is necessary for the welfare of this State and must be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes. The Department may adopt rules that are consistent with and necessary for the implementation and administration of this Act.
