Bees and Apiaries Act.

The Director is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations for the enforcement and administration of this Act.

Rules.

(a) The Department may promulgate rules for the enforcement and administration of this Act.

(b) The Department may promulgate any rules necessary to implement and administer the changes made to this Act by this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly.
