The term "infected animal" or "reactor" means an animal which has given positive reaction to an official test for the detection of brucellosis and has been so classified after review by the designated brucellosis epidemiologist, or other State and federally approved designee, or if Brucella microorganisms have been found in the body or in the body discharges.
