Nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing the movement of cattle into stockyards registered under the Packers and Stockyards Act, a State-Federal approved slaughtering establishment, or a marketing center approved by the United States Department of Agriculture and the Illinois Department of Agriculture, as defined in the Illinois Livestock Auction Market Law, and operating under the rules and regulations pertaining to marketing centers.
