510 ILCS 35/3: Authorization of veterinarian; results of test.

The Department may authorize any accredited veterinarian or a veterinarian employed by the United States Department of Agriculture or any successor agency to conduct a bovine or cervid tuberculin test. Immediately upon completion of such test, the veterinarian shall forward the results of the test on prescribed forms to the Department.
