510 ILCS 50/19

Any railroad, truck, transportation or stockyard company violating any of the provisions of Section 18, or any of the rules of the Department referred to therein, shall be guilty of a business offense and shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense.
