CHAPTER 510 ANIMALS
Humane Euthanasia in Animal Shelters Act.

The Department shall begin issuing certificates under this Act within one year after the effective date of this Act. The Department shall issue a certificate to an applicant who has met the requirements and has paid the required application fee.
