CHAPTER 510 ANIMALS
Livestock Management Facilities Act.

The Livestock Management Facilities Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. All fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into this Fund. These moneys shall be appropriated to the Department for the purposes of this Act.
