510 ILCS 95/8: Administrative penalties.

Whoever violates any provision of this Act, or any regulation adopted under it, may be ordered, following an administrative hearing, to pay the following administrative penalties:

(1) $300 for a first violation;

(2) $600 for a second violation; and

(3) $1,000 for a third and subsequent violation.
