515 ILCS 5/1-220: Violations; separate offenses.

Each act of pursuing, taking, shipping, offering or receiving for shipment, transporting, buying, selling or bartering, or having in one's possession any protected aquatic life, seines, nets, or other devices used or to be used in violation of this Code, including administrative rules, constitutes a separate offense.
