It shall be unlawful to use any dip net having a mesh less than 1 1/2 inches bar measurement or more than 15 feet square or in diameter.

Mesh size of dip nets. It shall be unlawful to use any dip net having a mesh less than 1 1/2 inches bar measurement or more than 15 feet in length, width, or in diameter.
