515 ILCS 5/25-15: Destruction of posted notices.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, obliterate, tear down, or destroy, in whole or in part, or attempt to deface, obliterate, tear down, or destroy any notice or proclamation posted according to the provisions of this Code. Any person violating this Section shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Section 20-35 of this Code.
