CHAPTER 520 WILDLIFE
Illinois Endangered Species Protection Act.

The Endangered and Threatened Species Program shall be located within the Department. All fines collected under this Act shall be paid to the State Treasurer and deposited in the Illinois Wildlife Preservation Fund.
