520 ILCS 5/1.30

The Department has the authority to sell Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamps. The Department may consign, issue or otherwise make available such stamps for sale by designated agents as authorized in Section 3.37 of this Act. The income received from the sale of Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamps shall be deposited in the Wildlife and Fish Fund. Proceeds collected, less administrative fees so authorized, shall be remitted to the United States Fish and Wildlife Services.
