55 ILCS 5/3-14015: Publication of rules and effective date.

All rules made as hereinbefore provided, and all changes therein, shall forthwith be printed for distribution by said commission; and the commission shall give notice of the place or places where said rules may be obtained, by publication in one or more daily newspapers published in such county; and in each such publication shall be specified the date, not less than ten days subsequent to the date of such publication, when said rules shall go into operation.
