55 ILCS 5/3-2014: Local government and school district registry.

Within 60 days following the creation or dissolution of a unit of local government or school district, each county clerk shall provide to the Comptroller information for the registry required under Section 23.7 of the State Comptroller Act in a manner prescribed by the Comptroller.
