55 ILCS 5/3-5035: Failure to comply.

The receiving for record, or filing, of any instrument by a recorder of deeds or a registrar of titles which does not comply with the provisions of this Division shall not affect the validity and effect of any such instrument or the constructive notice afforded by its recordation.
