55 ILCS 5/5-1049.1: Lease of public lands.

The county board may enter into agreements to lease lands owned by the county for $1 per year if the county board determines that the lease will serve public health purposes or public safety purposes as described by subsection (j) of Section 10 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.
