55 ILCS 5/5-1073: Sealing of toilet facilities on boats.

A county board may provide that toilet facilities be sealed upon all boats when such boats are on waters within the boundaries of the county. The method of sealing shall be any reasonable system which the county board may, in its discretion, designate.
