55 ILCS 5/5-1185: Dissolution of townships in McHenry County.

If a township in McHenry County dissolves as provided in Article 24 of the Township Code, McHenry County shall assume the powers, duties, and obligations of each dissolved township as provided in Article 24 of the Township Code.
