Review by Northeastern Illinois Metropolitan Area Planning Commission. Whenever any project contemplated under this Division involves territory within the jurisdiction of the Northeastern Illinois Metropolitan Area Planning Commission the plans for such project shall be submitted to such Commission and to the regional planning commission of the county in which located for their review and recommendations as to its compliance with the plans of the respective planning agencies.
