55 ILCS 5/5-18004: Office quarters.

The county board shall provide and maintain office quarters for the use of the Council in the transaction of its business. The number and compensation of the clerical, expert and other assistance to be engaged by the Council and the amount of expenses to be incurred by the Council shall annually be fixed by the county board.
