55 ILCS 5/5-23015: Person afflicted with tuberculosis defined.

"Person afflicted with tuberculosis", for the purposes of this Division, means any individual who is diagnosed as suffering from clinical tuberculosis or any individual who, in the opinion of the board of directors, is suspected of suffering from clinical tuberculosis and for whom hospitalization is deemed necessary to establish the diagnosis.
