55 ILCS 5/5-23027: Signatures on bonds.

In case any officer whose signature appears on the bonds shall cease to be such officer before delivery of such bonds, such signature shall nevertheless be valid or sufficient for all purposes the same as if such officer had remained in office until such delivery was effected.
